Healing & Release & Prayers & Creations A spiritual integration approach to self-healing based on spins, music, poetry, and meditation. Course content: 1: Entry level of Whirling Dance skills 2: Self-focus (basic skills for coordination and balance of breathing and body) 3: Prayer & intention setting & creating energy space Course fee: 30$ per class/week If there is live music, please tip the musician additionally Saturday; 2:00-3:30pm (90 minutes) 旋转舞蹈（疗愈&释放&祈祷&创造）以旋转，音乐、诗歌、冥想为整体的自我疗愈的精神整合途径。课程内容： 1:旋转入门技巧 2:自我专注（呼吸与身体的协调和平衡的基本技巧） 3:祈祷&意图设置&创造能量空间课程收费：30$ 如果有现场音乐，另外给音乐家小费周六；2:00—3:30pm（90分钟）
